Cowboys grab wide receiver Noah Brown at 239th pick
The Dallas Cowboys selected Ohio State wide receiver Noah Brown with the 239th overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft.
Brown played only two seasons before turning pro, missing all of 2015 with a fractured leg. While Brown flashed an ability to win his with body in a limited college sample, his separation skills were nearly nonexistent. He lacks either tight end size at 6'2" and 222 pounds or receiver speed at 4.56, rendering him a tough NFL projection.
Brown managed 402 receiving yards on 32 receptions (12.6 yards per reception) with 7 touchdowns as a redshirt sophomore last year. He finished his career with just 52 targets.
