Jaguars expected to part ways with Davon House

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Davon House is expected to be released if the Jaguars are unable to find a trade partner, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

What It Means:

A trade is highly unlikely, so House will probably be released. He was benched after four games last season and finished with 16 total tackles and no interceptions. The Jaguars would clear up $6 million in cap space by cutting House, who turns 28 in July.

The Jaguars finished the year ranked 13th in opponent-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play this season.
