Giants think Eli Manning has 2-3 seasons left in him

The New York Giants believe quarterback Eli Manning has two or three good years left to play, Newsday's Bob Glauber claimed while speaking on Pro Football Talk Live.

What It Means:

Manning remains locked in as the Giants' starter, but they already appear to be thinking about a post-Eli future. His contract expires after the 2019 season, so the Giants may decide to move on after that.

39 quarterbacks dropped back at least 100 times this year, and Manning's Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked 24th among them.
