Philadelphia may cut ties with Jason Kelce
The Philadelphia Eagles are considering moving on from center Jason Kelce, per Jimmy Kempski of the Philly Voice.
The 29-year-old Kelce has started 60 of a possible 64 regular season games for Philadelphia over the past four seasons, and 78 of 96 since being drafted in 2011. His release or trade would save the Eagles only $3.8 million against the cap.
Kelce and the Eagles' offensive line helped the team to a 12th-place ranking in Adjusted Rushing Net Expected Points per play this season, despite their spreading out work with three different backs seeing 75-plus carries.
