Panthers keep Luke Kuechly (concussion) inactive for Monday night
Carolina Panthers middle linebacker Luke Kuechly will be inactive for Monday night's Week 15 game against Washington.
Kuechly has cleared the concussion protocol, but the Panthers are taking a "long-term view" with their star middle linebacker. Carolina is out of the playoff picture, so there's no reason to push Kuechly back on the field after two concussions this year. A.J. Klein will continue to start at MIKE linebacker.
Kuechly's absence opens the door wider for Washington running back Rob Kelley, who is RB15 this week for fantasy purposes. We project him for 65 rushing yards and 0.42 touchdowns on 15 carries, as well as 20 receiving yards on 3 catches.
