Jacob Tamme has surgery for shoulder, ending season with Falcons
Atlanta Falcons tight end Jacob Tamme underwent season-ending shoulder surgery on Thursday.
Tamme missed the past two games, but was hoping to avoid needing to go under the knife. He's averaging 3.9 targets per game, so rookie Austin Hooper gains some moderate fantasy appeal, but won't be a recommended streaming option against the Arizona Cardinals this week.
Our models project Hooper to catch 2-of-4 passes for 39 yards and 0.22 touchdowns in Week 11.
