Victor Cruz (ankle) not expected to play for Giants Monday night

New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz (ankle, questionable) is not expected to play Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals, The Record's Art Stapleton reports.

What It Means:

This is not surprising after he sat out the entire week of practice. Cruz suffered what was categorized as a low-ankle sprain last week, so it is likely he misses only one game. Roger Lewis should get the bulk of the snaps vacated by Cruz.

Our algorithms project Cruz for just two catches for 27 receiving yards and 0.19 touchdowns.
