Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown (collarbone) has been ruled out for Week 7.
What It Means:
McCown recently suggested he was close to playing, but the Browns obviously feel differently. He would need to get healthy and for rookie Cody Kessler to get hurt to have a chance of seeing the field anytime soon.
Kessler completed 26-of-41 passes for 336 yards and 2 touchdowns in Week 6, earning 16.19 Net Expected Points, per numberFire Live.
