Davante Adams (concussion) a surprise active for Packers Thursday night
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams (concussion) is active for Week 7 against the Chicago Bears.
Adams suffered a concussion Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, but will somehow be able to play Thursday night after turning in a limited Wednesday practice. He'll be Green Bay's third receiver per usual behind Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. This could mean Ty Montgomery spends even more time in the backfield, but recently-promoted Don Jackson is in line to start at running back.
The Bears rank 20th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points allowed play per play.
