Russell Wilson expected to play for Seahawks on Sunday
Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said he "would be surprised" if quarterback Russell Wilson (knee) doesn't play Week 4 against the New York Jets.
Wilson has been waking up in the middle of the night for treatment this week and is "pretty determined" to play through the sprained MCL. He's had a live-in specialist staying at his home. Wilson has a lot working against him in an early start on the road at least than 100 percent against a stout front four. There are likely better daily plays out there, but he should be fine for season-long.
Wilson currently has the 14th-most Passing Net Expected Points in the NFL and ranks as our QB10 for Week 4 with a projection of 207 passing yards for 1.65 touchdowns and 0.44 interceptions, adding 23 yards and 0.21 touchdowns on the ground.
