Dolphins treating Kenyan Drake as starter on Sunday
The Miami Dolphins are "treating [running back] Kenyan Drake as the starter today" in the absence of starter Arian Foster (groin), NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
RapSheet does acknowledge the Dolphins will "mix in other runners" against the Cleveland Browns. Jay Ajayi is in head coach Adam Gase's doghouse due to his total ineffectiveness and lost fumble last week. We'd expect at least one of Damien Williams and Isaiah Pead to play in Week 3.
Even if Drake is considered the starter, we project Ajayi to be more valuable for fantasy in Week 3. Our models peg him for 30 rushing yards and 0.27 touchdowns on 8 carries, as well as 3 receptions for 26 receiving yards. He's our 31st-best fantasy back this week.
