Saints' P.J. Williams (neck) evaluated for concussion

New Orleans Saints cornerback P.J. Williams left Sunday's Week 2 game against the New York Giants with an apparent neck injury.

What It Means:

Williams got kneed in the head by Giants tight end Larry Donnell and then had his neck bend awkwardly after colliding with teammate linebacker Craig Robertson in the first quarter. He was down for almost 10 minutes before being carted off. Ken Crawley replaced him at left cornerback.

The Saints' defense has allowed Giants' quarterback Eli Manning just -7.41 Net Expected Points on 18 attempts at the end of the first half, per numberFire Live.
