Hakeem Nicks gets bulk of first-team snaps
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Hakeem Nicks received a "bulk" of the first-team snaps across from Kendall Wright.
Justin Hunter, Dorial Green-Beckham, and Harry Douglas will all compete with Nicks for the starting wide receiver spot opposite Wright. Nicks is still only 27 years old, and he was signed this offseason after a stint in Indianapolis.
Nicks ranked in the bottom-10, among all wide receivers with at least 50 targets, with a 0.45 Reception Net Expected Points per target in Indianapolis last season. He will now shift from Andrew Luck to rookie Marcus Mariota at quarterback. We predict Nicks to finish the year with an unimpressive 31 receptions, 323 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown, but he can outperform those projections if he earns a starting role.
