Paxton Lynch to play all of Broncos' preseason finale

Denver Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynch will play the entire game in the Broncos' preseason finale.

What It Means:

The Broncos announced Monday that Trevor Siemian will be their starting quarterback to open the season, so this is a pretty big opportunity for the rookie first round pick. Siemian is a 2015 seventh rounder with zero attempted professional pass attempts and a 27-to-24 touchdown-to-interception ratio in college, meaning Lynch has a good chance of replacing him at some point during his rookie campaign. Lynch will be a stellar DFS pick for the final week of the preseason.

Our models currently expect Siemian to throw for 3,696 yards with 16.59 touchdowns and 15.55 interceptions on 546 attempts (61.87 completion percentage) this season. We also project him to add 208 rushing yards and 1.08 scores on the ground.
