Falcons held Julio Jones out as a precaution
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones was held out of the remainder of their third preseason game as a precaution.
Jones came up limping after a deep-ball attempt, but it didn't appear to be anything serious and more information will be provided as it is made available. He played 10 snaps Thursday night, finishing with one catch for 17 yards.
Jones had a 0.73 Reception Nex Expected Points per target in 2015, good for 14th among the 32 wide receivers with at least 100 targets last season. Our models currently rank him as the third-best fantasy wideout entering the season, projecting him to make 122 catches for 1,687 yards and 9.62 touchdowns.
