Joe Flacco (knee) to see preseason action for Ravens
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco (knee) will play in Saturday's preseason game against the Detroit Lions.
Flacco is still working his way back from a torn ACL, so he sat out the first two preseason games for the Ravens. He explained the situation saying, "You need to get back out there (and) you need to get your mind used to getting ready for a game. And then, yeah, I need to get over that last hurdle, which is going out there and being a live target for guys to hit and see how I react to it." His presence is vital for the entire offense, since the third exhibition contest acts as a team's dress rehearsal for the regular season. Flacco has mentioned that his knee still isn't 100 percent, but it hasn't stopped him from missing a rep this summer.
Our models currently rank Flacco as the 27th best fantasy quarterback entering the season. We project him to throw for 3,807 yards with 25.51 touchdowns and 16.41 interceptions in 2016.
