DeSean Jackson does not report for Washington's OTA's
Washington wide receiver DeSean Jackson didn't report for the start of OTA's.
OTA's are voluntary, and the team doesn't seem interested in making a mess of this via the media, as the coaching staff "expects [Jackson] will eventually be here." Jackson sat out the voluntary portion of the offseason last year as well.
Jackson had a meager 49 targets last year due to injuries which sidelined him for nearly two months. Still, his 41.13 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) ranked 21st among the 79 wide receivers with between 25 and 75 targets in 2015.
