Jalen Ramsey reportedly expected to remain with Jaguars through Thursday
Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Jalen Ramsey is unlikely to be traded prior to Thursday night's Week 3 game against the Tennessee Titans, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Friday is the most likely day for Ramsey to be dealt, per Rapoport. Jaguars defensive coordinator Todd Wash said he expects the star corner to play Thursday, though an injury would obviously be a detriment in any potential trade. It also seems unlikely that Ramsey would play Thursday for the Jags and then also play for his new team on Sunday or Monday. The Jaguars are reportedly seeking two first-rounders in exchange for Ramsey.
Operating under the assumption Ramsey plays for the Jaguars on Thursday night, they are the 9th-ranked D/ST in numberFire's Week 3 fantasy rankings.
