Antonio Brown reportedly tells Raiders he won't play without banned helmet
Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown has reportedly told the Oakland Raiders that he will not play football again unless he can wear his old helmet, which as been banned by the NFL.
Brown, along with Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, had been using a helmet that is now banned for the upcoming season due to new NFL safety regulations. News had surfaced earlier today that Brown's absence from training camp was actually due to the helmet issue, rather than his frostbitten feet. The team would suffer a penalty should they allow Brown to wear the old helmet, and he has reportedly refused all newer options.
numberFire's models currently project Brown to have 103.5 receptions for 1260.2 yards and 10.7 touchdowns this season.
