Kansas City's Carlos Hyde 'has done a nice job' with training camp reps

According to head coach Andy Reid, Kansas City Chiefs running back Carlos Hyde "has done a nice job" during Damien Williams' absence.

What It Means:

Hyde has made a favorable impression on his new head coach after taking extended reps during training camp. "Carlos has done a nice job," said Reid to the media. "He's getting a lot of reps and he's taking advantage of them."

If Williams remains out with his hamstring injury, there's a real possibility Hyde could start this season or at least see more touches. Our models project the 28-year old running back to produce 494 yards and 4 touchdowns on 138 carries and 17 receptions for 101 yards.
