Cowboys parting ways with Allen Hurns
The Dallas Cowboys are releasing wide receiver Allen Hurns.
What It Means:
Hurns spent just one season with the Cowboys, which came to an end when he suffered a horrific leg injury in the first quarter of the team's playoff victory over the Seattle Seahawks. However, the receiver says he's now healthy and would have been ready for the start of training camp. Michael Gallup and Randal Cobb figure to compete for second in the pecking order behind Amari Cooper in Dallas.
Hurns caught 20 passes (35 targets) for 295 yards and 2 touchdowns in 2018.
