Kansas City Chiefs running back Spencer Ware (hamstring) was upgraded to a full participant in Thursday's practice.
What It Means:
This should put Ware on track to play in Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the New England Patriots. He's been sidelined since Week 14. Damien Williams will likely continue to shoulder most of the backfield work for Kansas City.
