Bill Lazor: Bengals starter Jeff Driskel is 'poised'
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jeff Driskel will get the starting nod on Sunday in the team's Week 13 game against the Denver Broncos.
Driskel, a product of Florida and Louisiana Tech, is the new starting signal caller for the Bengals, who lost Andy Dalton for the season last Sunday. Offensive coordinator Bill Lazor is confident in the youngster's ability. “I was impressed with Jeff and really we've been impressed with him every time he's gone in a game," Lazor said. "He's poised... I think our players believe in him, and he's just proven it.”
Our models project Driskel for 246.7 passing yards, 1.6 touchdowns, 11.5 rushing yards and 16.4 FanDuel points.
