Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger confirms he did not suffer concussion

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said in a radio interview he was not diagnosed with a concussion after taking a big hit against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12.

What It Means:

Further tests determined the official diagnosis was a "traumatic ocular migraine" after Roethlisberger reported experiencing vision problems on the sidelines. Assuming he practices as expected on Wednesday, he should be good to go against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13.

On a whopping 55 passing attempts against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12, Roethlisberger amassed 11.48 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP). Among 39 signal callers with at least 100 drop backs, he ranks fourth in Passing NEP per drop back. The matchup against Indianapolis is a good one. The Colts pass defense rank 23rd in terms of points prevented above expectation.
