Jets' Sam Darnold sheds boot, says foot 'feels great'
New York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold said his injured foot "feels great."
“The foot is really good. I feel really good,” Darnold said. “Like I said last week, just following protocol right now, but it feels really good." If Darnold is able to return to practice on Wednesday, he will have a solid chance of playing in Week 12 versus the New England Patriots.
Darnold is averaging 13.1 FanDuel points in nine games this season, while throwing for 214.9 yards on a 55.0 completion percentage with 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
