Ravens' Buck Allen racks up 84 yards, touchdown in first start

Baltimore Ravens running back Buck Allen rushed 12 times for 55 yards and caught 4-of-5 targets for 29 yards and one touchdown in the Ravens' Week 12 win over the Cleveland Browns on Monday night.

What It Means:

In the first game without Justin Forsett, Allen got the start and played 36-of-61 offensive snaps, according to Pro Football Focus' Nathan Jahnke. Allen's touchdown came on a 13-yard checkdown from Josh McCown where he slithered between a pair of defenders and darted into the end zone. Terrance West was promoted from the practice squad last week and carried the ball seven times for 37 yards in his team debut.

Allen turned his five targets into 3.39 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP), and he finished with -0.82 Rushing NEP. In Week 13, Baltimore takes on the Miami Dolphins, who rank 22nd in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play.
