Michael Gallup (personal) excused from Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver Michael Gallup is away from the team after being informed his brother took his own life.
What It Means:
Gallup stayed in Georgia to be with his family following the Cowboys' victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. It's too early to tell how long Gallup will be away from the team as a result of this horrific tragedy. Dallas hosts the Washington Redskins on Thanksgiving.
The third-round pick has 16 catches on 36 targets for 285 yards and 1 touchdown this season.
