Colts' Donte Moncrief secures eight-of-nine targets for 114 yards
Indianapolis Colts receiver Donte Moncrief caught 8-of-9 targets for 114 yards in the Colts' Week 12 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Moncrief was held out of the end-zone, but it's his first 100-yard game since Week 2. He had been under 50 yards in four straight weeks. Moncrief's big-play potential is limited by Matt Hasselbeck, but he is showing he can thrive as a chain-moving wideout.
Among receivers with at least 50 targets, Moncrief entered the week ranked 18th in Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) per target. He finished the win over Tampa Bay with 13.02 Reception NEP on his 13 targets. The Colts have a tough matchup in Week 13 as they hit the road to face the Pittsburgh Steelers, who sit 11th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
