Report: Dalvin Cook (hamstring) to see 15-20 plays for Vikings Week 9
Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (questionable, hamstring) is expected to be on the field for 15-20 plays against the Detroit Lions in Week 9, according to ESPN Vikings reporter Courtney Cronin.
Cook was initially expected to be limited to 8-12 snaps, so it's an indication he's improving. Either way, Latavius Murray will see most of the backfield work heading into the Vikings' bye week.
numberFire's models currently project Cook for 37.4 yards and 0.29 touchdowns on 5.9 rush attempts and 1.6 receptions in Week 9.
