Alshon Jeffery hauls in seven catches for 90 yards in Bears' win

Chicago Bears receiver Alshon Jeffery snagged 7-of-11 targets for 90 yards in the Bears' Week 12 win over the Green Bay Packers.

What It Means:

Jeffery was consistently a thorn in the Packers’ side, especially after halftime when he caught four passes for 58 yards. Jeffery nearly made the play of the night with a diving end-zone catch against Damarious Randall, but he couldn’t stay inbounds.

Jeffery turned his 11 targets into 7.03 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP). Jeffery has dealt with injuries for most of the season, but he's been an elite producer when he's been on the field. Among wideouts with at least 50 targets, he entered the week ranked seventh in Reception NEP per target. Chicago has a mouth-watering matchup in Week 13. The Bears play the San Francisco 49ers, who rank 31st in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
