Dolphins' Albert Wilson (leg) will not return against Lions
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Albert Wilson left Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions with a leg injury and will not return.
What It Means:
Wilson went to the locker room after being tackled on a 24 yard reception and will be out for the remainder of the game. The Dolphins will be down to three wide receivers against the Lions.
Wilson hauled in 3 receptions for 32 receiving yards before leaving Sunday's game against the Lions.
