Coming off of his 27-touchdown, 2-interception breakout campaign last season, Nick Foles has come out red hot once again this season. Foles has already thrown for a league leading 978 yards while adding 6 touchdowns, including his 325-yard, 3-touchdown performance last week.

This week, the Eagles take on a 49ers team that has been one of the best defenses in the league for the past few years, but is actually a favorable matchup for quarterbacks this season. San Francisco has given up the 11th most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season as well as the fifth most passing touchdowns in the league. At just $7,100, Foles is the ninth most expensive quarterback on the board despite leading the league in passing yards and ranking fifth in passing touchdowns. The Eagles' quarterback makes an excellent start this week, especially considering his price.

Unlike his teammate Foles, Lesean McCoy, has followed up his impressive 2013 campaign with a dud this season. Shady is averaging just 2.9 yards per carry and has only added 10 catches for 64 yard through the first three games. Additionally, McCoy has been overshadowed by newly added teammate Darren Sproles, who is averaging 6.9 yards per carry, has already caught 14 balls for 196 yards and ranks fourth overall among running backs with a 12.01 Total Net Expected Points (NEP) - a measure of how effective a player is in terms of real-life points added or subtracted.

The good news for McCoy is that he continues to dominate the workload. The Eagles' star has carried the ball at least 19 times in each of the first three games of the season and there are no signs that this will change. Shady is an absolute steal at just $6,700 and you should not hesitate to plug him into your lineup.

Our algorithms also recommend you play the starting running back from the other professional football franchise in Pennsylvania. Le'Veon Bell has been nothing short of spectacular this season. Bell's 315 rushing yards rank second in the league and his 5.9 yards per carry rank fourth in the league. He has also been a major factor in the passing game for the Steelers, adding 13 receptions for 146 yards through three games.

The Steelers' opponent this week, the Buccaneers, have given up the fifth most yards and the second most points to opposing offenses so far this season and rank 26th in the league in Adjusted Defensive NEP at 28.87. Bell will be the focal point of the Steelers offense against one of the worst defenses in the league this week. He makes a spectacular play, despite his expensive price tag.

After missing last week's game with a hamstring issue, Roddy White should be back in the Falcons lineup this week. In the two games that White played he was impressive, reeling in 10 catches for 114 yards and a touchdown. This week he gets a matchup with the Vikings' secondary that gave up 8 catches for 74 yards to Brandin Cooks last week, 6 catches for 81 yards to Julian Edelman the week before and 7 catches for 99 yards to Brian Quick in Week 1. White is a great play this week at just $5,800.

Although Rob Gronkowski has not been his usual dominant self, he has still shown flashes of brilliance and his ability to catch touchdowns. Gronk has two touchdowns in three weeks and continues to get healthier every day. Additionally, the Patriots' tight end is second on the team in targets (23), receptions (11) and yards (116) behind only Edelman in all three categories, and leads the team in receiving touchdowns. The Patriots matchup with a Chiefs' team that gives up the ninth most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. With Gronk's price all the way down to $5,800 he makes a spectacular play this week.
