NFL Betting Guide: Week 1

Each year, we think we have certain teams figured out and then the complete opposite happens. No one predicted the meteoric rise of Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs at this time last year.

This is another reason why I really enjoy Week 1 for betting. I try to fade the public, because you rarely want to be on the same side as them. The public tends to take last year's results as gospel and will bet on those teams without factoring in how much can change in the NFL on a year-to-year basis.

Keeping that in mind, I have come up with two bets worth targeting. Using our models as a guide, let's take a look at the best bets for this weekend.
