3 Fantasy Football Defensive Streaming Options for Week 2

The Chicago Bears host the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football in Week 2. What other defenses can you pick up off the waiver wire and play this week?

Week 1 wasn't a banner day for our defensive streaming options as only the Cincinnati Bengals finished top-12 in weekly scoring at the position. But the Tennessee Titans and Detroit Lions each posted top-20 finishes, so not a week-winning performance, but also not a defensive play that would cost you a matchup.

Moving on to Week 2, we now know a little bit more about each team and those that could struggle offensively or stand out on defense. With a few surprises from Week 1, there are a number of widely-available defenses with plus matchups in Week 2. This week, we're targeting three home favorites that impressed in Week 1.

In case your new to this column, every week we sift through the waiver wire to identify low-owned teams set up with a great matchup. The focus will be on teams owned in about 50% or fewer of Yahoo fantasy leagues. Our goal is to identify teams poised to finish as a top-12 scorer (start-able in standard leagues) for that given week.
