Quarterback

Kirk Cousins, Washington Redskins

Week 10 Salary: $7,500

Week 11 Salary: $8,200

Kirk Cousins saw one of the largest price spikes from Week 10 to 11, rising $700. That shouldn't come as much of a surprise following a near-30 FanDuel point outing against a tough Minnesota Vikings defense. But is he worth paying his new price with another stingy matchup this week?

Well, you could point towards his success in a bad spot last week, but really, almost half of Cousins' FanDuel output came on the ground last week. Rushing stats accounted for 43.7% of his FanDuel point total, which seems like a clear outlier. While he topped 300 yards, he did so on an inefficient 26-of-45 passing performance, and his lone passing touchdown gave him just two over the past three weeks.

His Redskins are 7.5-point road underdogs against a New Orleans Saints defense that has been the league's second-strongest unit against the pass, according to our opponent-adjusted Net Expected Points (NEP) metric. At his elevated price tag, Cousins is likely best reserved as a GPP-only type play.
