Week 2 Fantasy Football Defensive Streaming: Rolling With the Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens defense could be trouble for DeShone Kizer and the Cleveland Browns in Week 2. Which other teams are in line for a big defensive performance?

Week 1 always throws us a few curveballs, and this year's slate of opening games certainly had its fair share of surprises. There were top-ranked defenses that disappointed -- like Houston -- and there were teams that produced unexpected results -- like Jacksonville.

But amidst the surprises, there were a number of teams that performed close to our expectation.

If you followed this column last week, we highlighted the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams, and Atlanta Falcons. Of those three, the Rams (1st) and Bills (11th) both finished inside the top-12. Unfortunately, the Falcons finished 15th, but that wasn't an outcome that crushed your opportunity to win in Week 1.

Now that we know a little more about each team -- except for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins, that is -- it's on to Week 2.

As always, in this column, we'll search the waiver wire to identify low-owned teams set up with a great matchup to give you an edge. The focus will be on teams owned in about 50% or under in both ESPN and Yahoo leagues. Our goal is to identify teams poised to finish as a top-12 scorer for that week.
