March Madness Betting Guide: Elite Eight, Saturday

As the madness continued Thursday, we learned that there will be at least one Cinderella in the Final Four. Who do we like to emerge from Saturday's matchups?

Thursday’s games brought us more March chaos, with the lower-seeded team winning three of the four regional semifinals. As a result, we enter the Elite Eight with two odd pairings, including an unprecedented final in the South.

The seed total (20) in Saturday's showdown between 9-seeded Kansas State and 11-seeded Loyola-Chicago blows the previous high of 15 for a regional final -- when 5-seeded Indiana met 10-seed Kent State in 2002 -- out of the water. History is certainly at stake, as we will have either the second 9 seed or fourth 11 seed participating in this year's Final Four. Whoever it is, they will be yet another step closer to becoming the first team on that seed line to play for a national championship.

But, taking a step back from the history lesson, our main focus here is to find some betting value in Saturday's Elite Eight games. And our models have found a thing or two to like.

These are our best bets for Saturday.
