Lance Stephenson headed to Lakers on one-year deal
Free agent guard Lance Stephenson has agreed to a one-year, $4.5 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.
This is probably a shock on several levels with LeBron James signing with the Lakers only an hour or two before Stephenson did. The two former enemies will join forces after Stephenson's team option was declined by the Pacers. His deal is roughly the same amount that the Pacers declined for the 2018-19 season.
Stephenson averaged 9.2 points, 5.2 boards, and 2.9 assists while posting a .475 effective field goal percentage in 2017-18 with the Pacers.
