Hornets' Dwight Howard suspended Thursday for accumulating 16th technical
According to the Charlotte Observer's Rick Bonnell, Charlotte Hornets center Dwight Howard has been suspended for Thursday's game after tallying his 16th technical on Wednesday night.
What It Means:
The one-game suspension will cost Howard $162,069. As he sits, Frank Kaminsky will likely start with Willy Hernangomez getting more minutes, with Cody Zeller (knee) looking doubtful to play against the Memphis Grizzlies.
In 72 games, Howard is averaging 30.5 minutes and 37.3 FanDuel points on the year. His first chance to return will come Saturday against the Dallas Mavericks.
