Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Nicolas Batum (Achilles) will not play against the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday.

Batum will miss a second straight game while dealing with what ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Monday to be a case of chronic tendinitis in the veteran's left Achilles. Jeremy Lamb will likely draw another start.
