Spurs' Kawhi Leonard (quad) still not practicing
ESPN's Michael C. Wright reports San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard is still not practicing with the team.
Wright cites Spurs teammates Danny Green and Tony Parker. Parker added that while he's holding out hope that Leonard returns, "At some point, it makes no sense (to bring him back.)" Leonard has been nearing a return from managing his quad tendinopathy, with a potential return as early as next week. Until he practices, though, we'll assume that Kyle Anderson will be starting with LaMarcus Aldridge leading the offense for San Antonio.
Over a projected 13 games, we have Leonard down for averages of 29.4 minutes, 16.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists over the rest of the 2017-18 season.
