Kyrie Irving (knee) could return for Celtics on Sunday
Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving (knee) may be able to return on Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
An MRI came back clean on Irving's sore left knee, so while he isn't expected to play against the Orlando Magic on Friday, it's encouraging to hear that the All-Star point guard could be back on Sunday in New Orleans. Terry Rozier will replace Kyrie in the starting lineup tonight versus the Washington Wizards.
Kyrie is averaging 37.8 FanDuel points per game this season, with 24.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.1 steals, and 2.8 3-pointers per contest.
