Kevin Love (hand) hoping to return for Cavaliers on March 23
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Kevin Love (hand) said he's hopeful he'll be able to return to the court for a home game against the Phoenix Suns on March 23.
A report from Monday said Love was looking at another 2-3 weeks on the shelf, but this would put him slightly ahead of that timeline. While this doesn't guarantee that Love will be back in action next Friday, it's encouraging to hear that the veteran feels like he's nearing a return. Larry Nance will presumably move to the bench once Love is active.
Love averaged 32.6 FanDuel points in 48 games before going down, with 17.9 points and 9.4 rebounds per contest.
