Clippers' Avery Bradley (groin) undergoes surgery, to miss remainder of regular season
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Los Angeles Clippers guard Avery Bradley underwent surgery on Tuesday and will miss the rest of the regular season.
The last update we got was coach Doc Rivers saying that Bradley wasn't close to a return. Now, unless the Clippers make the playoffs, Bradley's season will be over. He's been given a 6-to-8 week timetable for his recovery. Lou Williams, Austin Rivers and Sindarius Thornwell will continue to play the majority of minutes at shooting guard.
In time with both the Clippers and Detroit Pistons, Bradley has averaged 14.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 31.2 minutes and 46 games this season.
