Dwight Howard resting Wednesday for Houston
Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard, is a healthy scratch for Wednesday's game versus the Dallas Mavericks.
Additonally, James Harden is still undecided if he will play. The Rockets just played a game on Tuesday, so it's not a surprise to see them hold out their key players in a back-to-back set.
All signs point to Howard being 100 percent on opening night, but his durability concerns and terrible free throw shooting will make him a risky mid-round pick. He averaged 15.8 points and 10.5 rebounds last year, both of which were career-low marks. He only hit 52 percent of his free throws.
