Kings' George Hill reportedly drawing interest from Cavaliers

Sacramento Kings guard George Hill is receiving trade interest from the Cleveland Cavaliers, reports The Vertical's Shams Charania.

What It Means:

In Charania's report, he notes that the Cavs have emerged as an interested suitor for Hill's services. They would like to bolster their backcourt and can see Hill playing a dual-guard role as either a starter or reserve. If Hill's moved, De'Aaron Fox would get a lot more run as the Kings' point guard, with Isaiah Thomas and J.R. Smith poised to have minutes stolen in Hill's presence.

Through 37 games (36 starts), Hill is averaging 10.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists over 27.2 minutes per game. His 45.6% shooting from three ranks him 3rd in the NBA and is a career-high for the 31-year-old veteran.
