Utah's Dante Exum (shoulder) cleared for non-contact drills
Utah Jazz point guard Dante Exum has been cleared for non-contact drills, reports Eric Woodyard of the Deseret News.
After undergoing shoulder surgery in October, Exum hasn't yet played this season. It looks like he's progressing toward a return, having got up jumpers on Monday. Once he's cleared for game action, Exum would have to sit behind Ricky Rubio and Donovan Mitchell, but there's a chance he overtakes Raul Neto for the backup role at the point.
Last season, Exum averaged 6.2 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists while playing in 66 games and starting 26 of them.
