Utah's Derrick Favors could be trade target for Cavaliers

Utah Jazz power forward/center Derrick Favors could be targeted in a trade with the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowksi.

What It Means:

As pointed out by 1280 The Zone's Spencer Checkett's, while on ESPN's The Jump, Wojnarowksi said, "The Cavs are looking to add size. A player who is available that teams are calling about who could help them is Derrick favors from the Jazz." If something were to materialize, Kevin Love or Tristan Thompson -- if not deal -- could see decreases in minutes. The big man will be an unrestricted free agent in the upcoming offseason.

Over 28.1 minutes a game, Favors is averaging 12.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocks through 40 starts this season.
