Pacers' Myles Turner (elbow) will miss at least four more games
Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner (elbow) will be out through the end of the team's current road trip, which is four more games.
Turner was ruled out early for Monday's game, and right now the team says he is week-to-week with a ligament sprain and muscle strain in his right elbow. He will not require surgery, but while he's out, Domantas Sabonis and Al Jefferson will pick up more minutes at center.
Turner is averaging 30.6 FanDuel points per game this season.
