Tim Hardaway Jr. scores 25 points in Knicks' loss, injures leg late
New York Knicks shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 25 points (8-of-17 field goals, 7-of-10 free throws) with 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, 2 3-pointers, and 3 turnovers in 32.9 minutes of Sunday's 123-118 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans.
It was an impressive showing for Hardaway but he appeared to injure his leg on the final possession of the game and had a noticeable limp while leaving the court. The Knicks close out a back-to-back set this afternoon in Brooklyn versus the Nets, so it wouldn't be a surprise if THJ winds up sitting out on Monday.
Hardaway scored 41.5 FanDuel points on Sunday, better than his average of 30.6 FanDuel points per game this season.
